fuel injectors

how is the injectors numbered on a 2006 6.0 diesel.i have a no. 5 injector going bad.my engine light is wanting to stay on.

1 3 5 7 pass side 2 4 6 8 driver side

1 Is front 7 is back on pass side. #5 is second from back on pass side

thanks alot i really appreciate your help.Is there any good additives to put in your fuel to clean the injectors out.
