Default Mdub this is for you lol. and anyone else.

so i went back out and checked the FICM again. With the old batteries it was 47.9 koeo, 48.3 cranking and 3.4-4.7 running. Now with the brand new batteries that i installed friday and checked the FICM today it was reading 47.6 koeo, 47.4 cranking, 46.6-46.8 running. so could it just be a bad injector????? What its doing --- starts up fine, u can kind of hear a small miss. it'll putter a little sometimes driving down the road. Also when i am in FINAL GEAR between 1200-1800 ish rpms the truck will shake. its between 45-65 mph. It'll quit doing it when i hit about 70 but can still barely feel it. Truck is completely stock. Saturday night i changed fuel filters to Motorcraft and cleaned the EGR valve. NO check engine light and had it checked for codes and had NO CODES.

Try a bottle of Rev-X. I bet it goes away. Actually 2 bottles your first time is what they call for. Try that. What oil and oil filter are you using? Synthetic oil helps this time of year too.

yea definitly sounds like it. its driving me nuts. i'm so frustrated with it . i wanna just buy a warranty and let them take care of it. but then i can't do anything to it for 4 yrs like exhaust, intake and programmer without voiding it. but its so damn expensive. just sucks right now cause its the only vehicle me and the wife have till probably the start of next month.

yea that's probably what i'll end up doing. hopefully it doesn't screw anything else up for another 2 weeks of driving it to work. about how long does it take to change one out? and i have no codes or CEL. how would i diagnose which one is the faulty one?
