I have a small leak on the top of the fuel pump. It's the delivery vavle. Where the first line a the front of the pump is bolted, just above it, it is leaking. It looks like the line going to the first injector. It doesn't leak at the fitting for the line, and not were it's bolted to the pump. I

Can it just be changed? or taken a part and rebuilt with a new seal?

I guess i would have to get the pump tuned, you can really smell the exhaust, when the 12 valve is running idle in the shop.
