I've gor an 02 2 wheel drive 1 ton and i just spent an hour n orielly trying to find the ball joint that goes through the pitman arm into the center link, apperently either the guy was dense r i dunno but he was calling it a pitman arm ball stud which is fair enough, but he could not find anything so what the heck is it called i cannot drive the truck without it and need one asap

 

They are probably just dense. I believe its just a tie rod, nothing special!
