Default Oil Pre-start for a rebuilt?

I have taken my engine all apart, rebuild the turbo, rebuilt the vacuum pump, and modded the fuel pump, along with many other things. All those components were drained of oil when I removed them. When I go to put new oil in this engine,

How much oil should I put in the fuel pump through the oil fill hole and;

I have read to turn the engine over without starting it for the turbo, but could I pour oil in the turbo through the top oil feed line before I bolt it on?

And what should I do for the vacuum pump, it there a way to put oil in it or will it run dry for those few seconds before oil is pumped through by the engine?

I always fill turbo with oil through feed port, if engine is turning over so is shaft in turbo, as for the vac. pump and fuel pump Id turn engine over some and you should be good to go. Ive never prelubed those with anything more than the small amount of oil used during rebuild.

Oh ok, I think I might put at least 3/8 of a quart of oil in the fuel pump before I turn it over, Just to be safe.

Keep the injectors out and fuel cut to the pump then crank the engine, no compression/load. Oil will go where it needs to. Little bit of pre lube never hurt anything.
