Rough idle after 200 hp injectors
I just got cpp's 200 injectors today. I installed them and now I have a irregular idle. I have install plenty of injectors so I know what I'm doing. I'm just not sure if the 200 have a irregular idle or they aren't all at the pop pressure. I have had 75 and 150 with very smooth idle. Any advise would be greatly helpful.
Thanks guys. I will be doing that first thing Monday.

So i took them out today, I looked at them very close. I notice that the holes on the nozzles are in different locations. So are high on tip and some are low. Not to sure if thats a good thing but it made me think.

How many holes are there? Once you get to a certain amount of holes, they all can't be lined up. It will remove the tips strength, and it could pop off. Therefor they are staggered.
They have 7 holes , but all the holes on each injector line up. It when I compared all six together, two injectors have the holes at the very end of the tip and three are in the middle. The last two injectors the holes are more toward the back of the tip.
If that makes sense.

Luke, if you take six of your nozzles and compare where the holes. Does each nozzle have the exacted same hole location on the tip or do some nozzles have the hole and the end of the tip and some in the middle of the tip ?
They all should be the same, dude. Sounds like your set was accidentally mis-matched, you should call whoever you bought them from, even though they are now used. if 2 out of 6 are different that could very easily mean different spray pattern, atomization, etc.
