ATTN What's the worth

Ok ladies I need some opinions here asap I found me a 97 12v with 155k on it 4x4 the whole truck needs to be repainted and the driver door and front driver fender need replacing and the bottom back corners on the bed on both side need replacing....

it's had a rebuilt tranny within the past 3 months that has a 1 year warranty on it, just got new ring and pinion gear in the rear end. the interior is in good shape no cracks on the dash 4wd works

He wants 8k for the truck but I don't think it's worth that with the shape the body is in what do yall think it should be worth?

If it were me, I would try to get him down to around 5k, but wouldn't pay more than 6.

Keep in mind bodywork isn't cheap, it's not hard to drop close to $3k on paint alone these days. I'd shoot for $6k tops.

I like the sound of that. Between 5 and 6k sounds fair
