I am getting tired of the Adrenaline surge on my truck.
What other boxes should I look at replacing the Adrenaline with.
I like it other than the surge.

Either the Edge Comp or if you want built in gauges the Edge Juice with CS/CTS.

Marine..Did the adrenaline surge more when it is cold outside?

 

I can't say that it does. In fact today it didn't surge at all so far; but that is not the norm. It definitely surges on the highway and it is accentuated when I tow.

 

have you tried tuning it? are you sure all your connections are good? good ground? what software version are you running? you may want to try downloading the Beta 3000 tune if its an older box. if all else fails call Jeremy at Quadzilla and see what he has to say.

 

I have spoken with Jeremy a few different times. right now I have changed the CAM max to 70 and Min to 10. I changed the pump values to the same. We'll see how that goes.
I did send it in a couple of years ago for the new firmware.
I am running the newest version of the software for the Pulse and Adrenaline.
All connections are good and the ground is good.

I think its hit and miss on trucks. I never could get the surge out of my 01. Installed the Edge and it was smooth.
