Default Electric Fuel Pump Mod Questions

I have come into possession of a 99-03 7.3 powerstroke electric fuel pump brand new in the box from napa. i hate my mechanical lift pump and i want to do some mods to make things easier in the future.. my lift pump is starting to give issues is why i want to do this. I know my pressure rating is somewhere around 20psi, and i know this one is somewhere between 70 and 90. which is way to much.. i want to bypass my filter and all and place an external filter somewhere on the frame to make it easier to change.. and put this pump on.. but the pressure has put me in a bind.. i need to know where i can find some kind of fuel filter setup and a pressure regulator that i can take that much on the input and turn down to my factory pressure rating.. or does anyone have any other suggestions on the subject??
