Laugh non waste gated/ waste gate

Can you put a waste gated turbo on the first gen or do you have to keep it non-waste gated

Yes you can do it. A married waste gate like on an HX35 exhaust housing will push your exhaust back a little more than an inch so some minor fitting will be required.

Turbo and injectors are pretty interdependent for optimal performance and should be considered together for upgrade purposes.

Default speakin of injectors

I have a buddy with some 90hp 2nd gen injectors, and 120 fuel lines. the truck is completly stock, with the fuel pin turned. what benefits will i get from the injectors/ lines? and i know i'll need 14mm/12mm line a-dapt-a-kit. is there anything else? two cents would be great

- While your buddy's injectors will screw into your head, the pop-pressure is different (his is higher). With that, they won't work as is. You'll have to have them reset for the VE injection pump.
- The larger injector lines will be a complete waste of money on your truck and will most likely result in a poor running engine (the VE doesn't move near enough fuel to warrant larger lines).

i know the VE's are known for running away when you have them dumpin alot of fuel. what are the settings where you get to the turning point? i dont want crazy power, like 350 max. everything is bone stock, got the fuelpin turned, and an H1C turbo... what are low cost but beneficial upgrades?
