I did new tcc & lockup solenoids today, only to have it still hunting in 4th, my lockup switch still isn't working, and when I HAMMER on it in 4th or OD it bucks pretty hard. Really wondering what could be causing it to buck? Possibly torque converter issue? Still seeing 0753, 1765, and 1687 codes...

3-4 solenoid is shot too? damn... just had the pan off today.

12 volt supply relay to tranny.... isn't that the "jumped" relay for lock up switch?

Not a fan of the lock up switch.

 

I only did od + lockup solenoids... my buddy was telling me I'm experiencing "torque shutter" as a result of giving the tranny more than it can handle. any thoughts on that ... my thought is this: GOEREND! hope she hangs in there till tax time

 

Thats what I did Goerend. Drove there and back.

 

Drove there? I don't think I'll be doing that... hopefully UPS will deliver the good and I can round up a few of my monkey friends to help me out. How much did it cost you? what'd you get done? I'm looking at about $1600 + core charges
