hey all

so my truck is hard to start it will only fire up when i give it some pedal then it runs good, smokes alot when ya step on it and i seem to be getting pretty crapy millage. the guy before me did the timing so im thinkin it has slipped??

what are all the symptoms of slipped timing?

I would turn the idle up a touch. Does it have gov springs?

why doesnt it start with out giving it fuel

 

When I slip time on mine it would bang when it got up in to the 2500 rpm rang and ran kinda shity
