i have a 1993 12 valve i just changed the turbo and injectors and its like it has no power and spitting and sputtering like it has no power pleasse can somebody help me figure this out

 

my vote would be to crack your injectors as it sounds like air in the system.

 

whats yer fuel pressure

 

i have already cracked all the fuel lines to bleed the lines its like missing like a bad injector idk what the problem is

has a ruff idle and no power on take off but once the rpms builds up it has alittle kick a goes alittle fast but not much and that with the pedle to the floor

 

could there be dirt in between the copper washer? i took a shop vac and sucked everything out of the holes before re-install. what kinda boost are ya getting?

When I changed to the GDS 60mm/16cm in my '93 it would hardly make 12psi at WOT. Upon inspection the end of the IC was split open around the inlet where the tube from the turbo hooks in. Check the IC and boots and IIRC there was a o-ring where the tube connected to the turbo that can cause leaks.
