no voltage.

I have a 91 dodge cummins v6 with no voltage. I have replaced the alternator voltage regulator and had new cables made and still no voltage. I need some help on where to go next. can someone help?

No voltage where?

What ever is not working get a volt metter and starting at the battery follow its route and see where it stops.
