when I'm trying to speed up at just a steady pace, between about 35-50 mph my truck kind of "hiccups" like its not getting the neccessary fuel to speed up at a slow pace. Now, if i hammer on it i never have this issue so thats why i think it may be a fuel pressure issue. I need to get a gauge set up to know for sure, but when i do what kind of pressure do i want to see?

No less then 10 psi at the VP44 at WOT.(Wide Open Throttle)

 

Sound like a VP44 or APPS issue.
