built transmission first.

without a turbo upgrade you wont see much of a gain in power. the stock inkectors and cp3 can flow enough fuel to leave the engine starving for air. but i would reccomend a lift pump.

personally the smartest route would be getting efi and trans and ditching the banks and propane (for extra power not mpg's)

with efi you can use the scan tool to determine whether or not a cp3 upgrade is needed, being that your truck is an 02 it might need a new cp3 just to keep up with a ~500hp tune.

injectors are a good upgrade, it cuts down on injector pulsewidth and also cuts down in injection timing as well. and for low end it can help out with lag a little bit. all that will help out in the higher horsepower ranges.

turbo upgrades can vary your stock one is 59mm, if your going to swap out the injectors and want to upgrade the turbo switch out the the billet injector hold downs (helps to keep the injector cup from lifting on high HP applications) and head studs arent a bad idea while you are down there.

rods is the next thing to worry about.
