any one know if i can swap out my 2003 F250 lit towing mirrors for the newer style square shaped mirrors? Doors look the same on the 03 compared to the new trucks, didnt know if the wiring plugs and mounting was the same though....?

 

I think you can. Have seen a few 07 and older trucks with them on. The doors do look the same. As does most of the 08 a newer besides the tailgate, fender flares and mirrors. Mounting is probably the same.. Wiring might be a little different as the new square ones also extend by remote inside the cab. No more pulling on them from outside!

 

Wiring is different, but you can still hook it up, just have to do some cutting/splicing. 08+ mirrors will bolt right up though, and I believe the 2011 mirrors will work too.

I think there's a company that specializes in mating the 08+ mirrors with power everything to the 07- trucks. They send a kit with all the appropriate items needed including I think the power extend and fold switch. Can't remember for the life of me where I saw them
