So I found a swap kit for a g360 for $850 and it comes with almost everything but the tranny is 2wd. How hard i it to make it 4wd?

 

Well pretty much everything would work except you would need to get a 4x4 main shaft and use all the gears and bearings and such off the old shaft given they are in good shape. The 2wd drive is longer. You would also need the tranny to tcase adaptapter unless the kit has one with.
