Diablosport Predator fits what you're looking for, cheap and still a good tuner, its one of the first one's I would consider for an LB7, you can find them for right around $300

PPE for sure ... i have just the standard till i can afford to do a tans job ... and on lvl 3 it is a blast ... very noticeable and fun ... on lvl 2 driving from Georgia to cali i avg 21-22 highway with a lifted cclb 4x4 with 35s ... to me thats pretty good since i was cruzing 75 most of the time .. texas saw a huge drop in mpg since i was doin like 85
the PPE econ is a great start gives you a max of 120 and thats all you need if you dont plan on doing trans work ... and if you do in the future you can send it in and have it upgraded instead of just being stuck with then a tuner you dont want ... i plan on upgrading when i get trans built
