this might be a stupid question....

right under my turbo there is a canister with hoses coming from each end, what in the world is that

... (its not my oil filter i know what that is btw

)

it is your heat exchanger for the transmission

hmmm could this cause a slow shift into overdrive... i get stuck in gear and i have to back off the gas to make it shift i loss a lot of races that way

no it just aides in the cooling of the transmission

and that issue is caused by the govenor pressure solonoid not allowing you to go into the next gear
