my trans shifts quick, if i lightly accelerate from a stop, it will shift through the gears to were it lugs the motor down. and then it will just start pouring black smoke and my egts climb like crazy.. im needing help, it seems like problem after problem. i put a new billet triple disk converter and billet flex plate, but it was doing it before i changed them out.

sounds like you need a gov pressure solinoid

 

do you know if the one out of the 2005 48re will work in my 47re? i have a new press. sol. and sensor, out or my other truck
