I was trying to install my lift pump last night and could not find the o-boss plug on the driver side of the engine behind the power steering pump. The picture that comes with the pump don't look like my trucks engine compartment locations. Any help?

 

are you looking for a port in the side of the block to pickup oil pressure?

 

Did you find it?

 

its behind the cp3 and right above the ecm. i took the front plug of wires out of the ecm to make it easier to get to.

 

is it the boss plug above the ECM? I'm gonna try to do it tomorrow

also what kind of pressure are you seening with the pump now.

not sure about the pressure. Unfortunatly I don't have a fuel pressure gauge. I will work on getting one of them soon.
