looking to buy a 92 d250 is this a good price

I just looked at a 92 d250 it has 280,000 miles blown up 5 speed that is out of the truck the guy has the adapterplate and everything off the engine so cant hear it run the only rust is some on the doors and rockers the bed and front end are clean is $1500 a bad price I have a trans to put in it its also missing the radiator

I figure if I can get it running its not a bad price think im gonna buy it cant find any trucks around my area and a 2wd everyday driver would be nice thanks for the input guys
