The only issue i had was the little top hat spring deal, it fell out and took me forever looking for it. Just be careful with it cause it is small and when it falls it is a son of gun to find. Oh yea and make sure you put the throttle linkage back on the splines just like it came off otherwise it wont start unless you give it throttle.
Or it will over rev on startup.....just did mine yesterday and i still need to adjust it i think....idles a little high 
and I agree with 901, putting that in is a bit tougher than what it sounds too...found that out the hard way
