Engine won't shut off
So this morning I was driving to the farm and it was rainy so I turned my lights on and when I pulled into the farm I turned off my key and everything shut off except my engine and lights. I turned my key a couple times but that didn't do anything then I shut off my lights and turned the key on and then off and my engine shut off. I started it up and turned the key off and it shut off right away. Then an hour later I went to get some wagons from the field and I tried to turn my truck off and now the only way to get my motor to shut off is to put it in 5th gear and pop the clutch. I had my wires off for the fuel shut off sylenoid this weekend when I put in my 3200 rpm spring so maybe they got hooked up wrong?
But then wouldn't it do this yesterday too?
I'm at a loss and haven't had time to look at it but any help or suggestions are appreciated!

The wires dont matter which way they are hooked up but I think your fuel shutoff selinoid is bad next time pull the manual shutoff lever on the side of the pump to stop the engine.
Agreed. I have that same problem now. Did you just turn ur injection pump up? About 2 hours after I did my truck stopped shutting off and I have to pop the hood and turn it off manually. Anyone know of a place to get a manual shut off cable?
