5x.012's, maybe 5x.014's if you are going to get a bigger turbo soon. you dont need delivery valves you want the 145* spray angle not the 155*

How long do you plan to stay with the stock turbo? If you tow and its going to be a while I look at some 5X0.012s if you dont tow you can get by with some 5X0.014s I wouldnt go any larger than 5X.014s or 7X0.010s on stock charger.

What turbo do you plan to go with? 5X0.014s and a small S300 is a nice quick spooling street setup.

You also really need to look at your trans 5X0.014s have been known to make 400+ HP and 1000+ ft lbs on stock turbos with pump mods.

i want a big single ball barring dont know a brand yet haha but i dont tow at the moment had to sell the 5th wheel so it will be awhile before i tow again and my trans is full built except the input shaft i will get a bigger billet shaft with the new charger.... right now im rated to 450 hp after the billet shaft i will be rated to 700 hp... so i know all ddp injectors are 155 spray angle so what is a good brand of injectors with the 145 angle??? thanks again guys

sdx rite above you is who to talk about with injectors!
you have 181 delivery valves-keep them
get a set of 5x0.14s if you get 5x12 you will want bigger later the hunger never quits
the manifold is your call
another thing that would help is a governor spring kit if you do 4gsk you will need 60lb springs and depending on charger and water meth you will need head studs.
you can always get bigger injectors and re tune your pump and be on the safe side till you have supporting mods and then turn her back up! make sure you have a pyro gauge. i ran a very long time without one with my marine 370s then i installed a pyro i never drove like that again. also diesel pap has head bolts you can ask him about that people are havin good luck with! pm xzaq103

3gsk is still a good start from stock no doubt! if 3 is what you want go for it but you will still need 60lb springs ha ha so id spend the 15 more dollars for 4gsk. you will be ok till it blows the gasket they all do and the shop is called mightydiesel for diesel paps headbolts his name is tony cool guy just go to price qoute section and make a list of what your lookin for parts wise and ask about a turbo there quick to respond if you have any more questions i have a answer ha ha

no problem man also in the afc housing did you complete all the mods? starwheel, pre boost fuel screw (not smoke screw), cutting the barrel and foot, swapping washers, and adjusting gov arm in pump? makes a little difference if all tuned and done right plus more rack travel. oh! for delivery valves talk to weston (smokem) or shortbusdriver and even injectors if i remember right they had a few 7 hole injectors they were workin on! good spray angle and everything they atonomize fuel better too and i think there a buck or two cheaper just remember a 7 hole injector is different then a 5 hole like a 5x14 is 140hp give or take and a 7x12 is like 150 or 160 someone correct me if im wrong but thats close! is your 4 inch exhaust 4 inch down pipe also? if its not i recomend a 4 inch down pipe or you can worry about that when its turbo time if i was to run a single with pump mods and injectors id have a 64mm turbo with 14cm exhaust housing 16 would spool to slow

Weston is not a fan of 7 hole injectors or at least things about them if im not mistaken. Not putting words in the genious's mouth.

Stock chargers are warm with 5x.014's. My truck with the cruise set will hit 1000*. Chris from SDX earlier in this post is a great guy to deal with and they have top of the line injectors. I would say honestly from the sounds of what your wanting a 5x.012 is going to be plenty and also keep your temps down but thats just what it sounds like.

On a side note, gov springs make a world of difference in these trucks. Even the 3ks.
