i have the nv4500 stardard trans in my 96 dodge cummins an i just put a new spring an dog kit on it along with a new shifter tower:but when im working the gears it grinds into third what could this be..all the others are fine an smooth 1-2-3 grinds 3-4-5 the third is the only one ....can anybody help
