Default dropping fuel tank and replacing bushings

i am going to be tackling my leaf spring bushings again.Last tim I tried to do them i started and only then realised that there is one bolt blocked by my full fuel tank...so im trying again with it almost empty. Does anyone have any tricks to dropping this thing?about how heavy is the tank itself?

its not that heavy if its empty just a big thing to try and move by your self. When I swaped my leaf springs I never actually removed the tank just slid it out of the way. I put a ratchet strap right next to where the front band is and used a floor jack to support the rear of the tank. take both bands off and the tank should not move, then just lower the jack a little so you can swing it out of the way and you should be able to get that bolt out.
