i have a 2007 dodge cummins. i put a delete kit on to get ride of the cooler. in the kit it didn't give me anything to conect to the wire i had to take off and now i have a check engine light on and the pickup is running like crap. i have a juice with aditude race programer to delete everything but i have to get this wire delt with befoe i can do anything i talk to edge and they have a wiring deal for the 2010-2011 but not the 2007-2009 so does anyone know what i can do to get around this problem i thank you for your time.

 

maybe check the ohms it runs and just put a resister from radio shack in it so it thinks its normal

i think you would have to plug it back in and see what the ohms are running and do it like that sounds like it would work im not sure though

 

There was a wire you had to take off the cooler?

 

I had a edge in my 2007 6.7 it doesn't delete the egr. After sending it back to edge twice for repairs (left me on the side of the highway putting its back to stock under the hood not fun in the dead of winter in Canada!) I put in a hs programmer. Way more power much better milage and the best part never any trouble codes. Ditch the edge you won't regret it!!

 

Ditch the Edge and go with H&S you will get more power out of your truck
