04 dash noise

When I'm driving my truck every now and then there is a noise that sounds like an electric motor comes on under my dash. What is that? Because now it's staying on all the time! Any ideas? Thanks

could be a blend door motor for your heater/ac. have you tried turning off your a/c? does it stop if you adjust your a/c?
