Default Idle issues/ Oil pressure

Cant seem to find the Idle Screw on my Truck. Also when i come to a stop my "CHECK GUAGES" light comes on and my oil pressure drops to 0! Im guessing it has to do with my idle being to LOW maybe? its idling about 600 rpm maybe a little less. Just want to know if the truck idling to low may cause the "check Gauges" light to come on?

Here's a link for changing your idle speed. Hopefully it will help.

Ram Diesel Problems

As far as the oil pressure deal, it sounds like your oil pressure sensor is going bad. It's a known issue on these trucks.

No the motor doesn't die, it keeps idling as if nothing happens. The oil pressure just drops to 0 and the check guage light comes on!

I'm not trying to be a smart a$$ but you do have enough oil in the motor right?

Idle is set too low and you likely need an oil pressure sender which was already mentioned
