I bet with no plate, laser cut DV's, 4gsk, rack plug, some 435 injectors, and a turbo that can flow that amount of fuel you would probably be close.

To get your truck to 500HP I would run a 62/71 at the minimum, but a 64mm would work better, with a set of 5*0.014"s. Run in the neighborhood of 18* of timing. This would be a very strong setup until you blow your headgasket. I also suggest head studs for the boost a 62 or 64 can produce. Stay away from junky laser cut DV's as all they do is produce heat and smoke. A set of Smokem DV's will be all you will ever need. A rack plug is not a must as you don't really need the extra rack travel, it's just something to add if you want and is cheap($12). As far as where to get the stuff at, I tend to say ME but that is because I'm a little biased.

Yeah, I ran Laser cuts and 435's and it was pretty damn smokey. I had a small twins setup but never dyno'ed the truck but it sure was fun.

Definately get studs. They are easy to put in and then you don't have to worry about blowing a HG unless you decide to go for twins they you'll prob want to o-ring. My setup was pushing a little over 70 pounds.
