trans swap

I found a nv5600 out of a 02 I think . I'm running a auto now, how hard is this swap? Would I need a new ecm ? I really want a 6spd

you at least need to get the truck reprogrammed for it not to be in limp mode. you can run it with out just need to groud your neutral saftey switch.

Thanks . What's my auto worth? No problems had service and band adjusted at 50k ,77k on it now. Would need get some $$ back in savings or the boss would kill me
