Default tips and tricks

i got a 1995 f350 xlt powerstroke for 2500 bucks, it has 293,xxx miles, still runs good but just seems like something isnt right, ive changed the turbo seals, and the 3 quarts of oil in the high pressure oil reservior, i just seems kinda clapped out, i was just trying to get some help tunning it up and making it run like it should, thanks
P.S. it sat for 2 years

The High Pressure Oil Pump might be getting weak.

Welcome to DB, glad to have you.

Did you change the oil in the HPOP res or did you add to it because it was low?

Are the injectors factory?

No need to change sensors...

If everything in that truck is factory, you're just seeing a tired 300k mile truck...

I would get some compression numbers and run some tests first before I did anything.

Get a compression test done. Change the plugs, chang oil and filters, change the fuel fitler, change the air filter, flush the coolant and replace.

ive changed the oil 1000 miles ago new fuel filter, changed the high pressure oil in resuvoir and it runs alot better but it shaks at cold idle and at 50 going up hill in OD it kinda "gug gug gug gug" and it just doesnt seem right but i think its the injectors because the fuel in the fuel filter bowl was dark and kinda blue and i herd that is because of a bad o ring around the injector or injector problems, is that a true fact?

Fuel pumps may be clogged full of crap as well. You may want to drop the tank and clean out all the sediment

Yes. I would suspect replacing the O-rings might solve a few of your problems.
