pull one of the wheels off and make sure they took the caliber locks off they just press on the stud and all you do is cut them off when i worked ad discount tire and we put after market rims on anything those have to come off or you get a vibration hope this helps you
When you balanced the tires did you ask for a road test?
I've heard of a tires balancing fine but failing the road test because the tires are bad internally, giving you the problems you're talking about.

X2 Rear drive shaft U joints? Also a carrier bearing if you have a two piece drive shaft would cause a vibration...
I have the same problem on my 06. Just put brand new procomps on all the way around on the stock rims. Took it to a different shop to have them balance it and the tires are actually out of round. All four balanced out perfect, but the guy brought me in and showed me how out of round they were on the balancing machine. I ran the exact same tire for 68K (rotating every 5K) without a hitch. Rode like a caddy, now it beats the hell out of me between 65-72. Guy said he's seen it before, usually wears round by the first rotation... I'm on week two 60 mile round trip commute per day... If you have them put it on the balancer you can actually see the rim hold perfectly straight and the wheel bob up and down...
