Anyone know how to make it somke it ISA 95 12v cummins besides gringin the fuel plate

 

You could put a plastic bag over the air cleaner? (yes, this is a sarcastic response, but it will definitely result in smoke)

Why do you want smoke? Smoke is wasted fuel and excess heat....both generally BAD things...

If you would like more smoke (or power), you can move the fuel plate forward or custom grind it. You can also tune your AFC with a softer spring and dial the star wheel to its least compressed position (turn toward engine moving AFC spring pearch forward thus relieving any preload on the AFC spring), and turn the "smoke screw" all the way in which bumps up the initial max fuel position with zero boost. After that, you're looking at bigger delivery valves and bigger injectors... Just please keep in mind the added heat that smoke brings with it. Get some gauges to monitor EGT and boost, then start tuning for desired output without melting down the motor. Words of experience...trust me.

 

get some 370 fuel injectors,pinch the wastegate,tune the AFC,staright pipe your exhaust,& to let ya know soot is unburn fuel so your wasting your diesel causing extra heat im all for rollin coal but its not always the best thing to build your truck for

 

light it on fire. works every time

 

disconnect your intercooler boots.

 

smoke is NOT power, contrary to popular beleif... wasted $$$$$ is all... people with high EGT, horrible fuel milage and a black trail of money following them are truly ruining motorsports in general. if you want it to really smoke ^what prison said

smoke is stupid unless you are making 1000hp on fuel or run enough nitrous/meth to keep the egt's down.

if you want it to smoke take the plate out and the afc finger then it will roll coal.
