Default help with KDP

will guys i guess its time for me to do the KDP thing i wanted to know if i could make a home made egg shape washer and a bolt

just cut a 2in. piece of metal coat hanger, make a loop at one end to go around the bolt; and form the straight end to go over the KDP. thats what i did 2,000 miles ago.

or get a fender washer and just cut off what ya dont need
