i thought me apps sensor was bad so i took one of my buddys 01 and tried it that wasnt the problem so then i put it back on his truck and now it says its bad i followed the instructions on recalibrating it you know unhook batteries for a half hour then put them back on and turn the key on and press the pedal to the floor and back up and start .then the code comes back

 

i would pull the plugs back off and make sure they weren't dammaged or any prongs bent, then clean them up realy good and put some dielecric grease in and try again, go from there

 

Did you adjust the APPS when installing it? They can't be just bolted on and go.

 

no i didnt adjust it i thought u can just put it on and go

ok got it adj but it has a little dead spot right as you let the clutch out its not much like around 900 rpm i put the apps in the right setting maybe its just time for a new one idk

Please let us know if this fixes your problem. I have an intermitten dead pedal, but only when it's cold.
