Default common rail injectors?

What is the difference, why does common rail injectors go out so much and vp44 truck injectors don't go out very often.

the biggest differences in the injectors are the design parameters. common rail runs at very high pressures (35000 -40000 p.s.i.) by virtue of design, the common rail atomizes the fuel better, making it a more efficient system. the downside is the fuel filter that comes stock only filters to 7 or 8 microns, but the injectors are sensitive to contaminates down to 3 microns. once the relief actuates, the injector will no longer perform as new and will open at lower pressures.
my '03 has 165000 miles on the stock sticks so longevity can happen, just use clean fuel and a good fuel additive.
