reverse and 1-2 are the same clutch packs. Must be a valve body issue. Is it stock? When you put it in R does it light up on the dash? Have you tryed hunting for it with the shifter?

You have manual 1st?

If so, could be several things but OD direct clutch problem jumps to mind.

check your bands in the transmission could be valve body or some broken internals.

More than likey the clutches are toast. The forward clutch would explain part of it but the direct clutches are probably the issue.
