replacement headliner??
hey guys. need to do something about the headliner on my 92. the cloth is all falling down and not stuck up anymore. ive put in screws to hold it up but they dont hold into it very well. anyone know of any companies that sell replacements? or the best way to fix it myself?
cheers

I had the same problem, I took mine out to fix and managed to maim it while laying in the garage.
it doesn't look bad without the liner, but I may shoot some spray foam into the void between the inner and outer roof to deaden the cab noises better, then make a custom headliner by gluing heavy duty vinyl to thin plywood and screwing the whole thing up there.

go to a fabric store and pick what you want and get some 3m headliner spray glue. i did mine in my 96 because it was falling down i use some moss oak brake up camo for mine. it cost me around $40
Yeah, headliners aren't too bad. Take it out gently, then peal the fabric from it. Then use a plastic brush and brush the old glue/fabric-backing combo off until it's all nice and clean. Then pick up your favorite fabric and some of the 3M spray glue and spray it down all nicey-nice and then apply the fabric. Turn it over and glue it in a few inches and cut.
cool thanks guys! i never heard of the 3M spray glue that sounds perfect. probably get to it later in the week. just dropped the truck off to my buddy to get my upper/lower balljoints done
