I would like to announce that I will be offering my time and knowledge to the forum members for "FREE Suspension Consulting". This is something I've created to make it easier, and more welcoming, for members to be able to talk to me one on one regarding their personal suspension needs and get a game plan set up for what they are looking to purchase. In the past we've had wide open phone lines that rang non-stop and it was very difficult for me to get to each caller. Now after making some internal changes, we have been able to dissect our callers’ needs, and have also added to our team to make things flow more smoothly. With that being said, I have been able to pass on some of my own personal workload, which has allowed me to free up some time that I will dedicate to being available over the phone during the days and times listed.

This Suspension Consulting is intended to discuss any product we offer on our web site. Whether you have questions on something specific, or if you don’t even know where to start, we want to match you up with what suits your personal needs and meets your demands. You can come to me with a lift in mind, what size you may want, or a wheel and tire combo you would like to see on your truck. I will discuss with you what it will take to do it right and get what you want to see out of your truck. No matter how you use your truck, daily driving, hauling or off-roading, I have suggestions and product that we can direct you to. You can come to me with a budget in mind, and I can suggest product to meet your financial needs without sacrificing quality. Please have paper and a pen handy, and I am happy to give you some information on what you are looking to figure out.

Thank you. Over the years I have struggled to keep up with the phone calls for general help on up coming purchases and we started this a couple months ago and really it has helped so I can touch base with members but yet still find time to research to keep on top of product and new stuff or just plan info that pops up we can offer to the forums.

 

Nick, are you still doing this? I called the number yesterday and was able to talk to a sales person, but there was no option for suspension consulting. I'm looking for an experienced opinion on what to run on my truck that sees a lot of off road driving and I've heard your are one of the best. I know you are mostly a chevy guy, but if you still do the consulting I would love some input on my 6.7 power stroke. Thanks!
