Intake Upgrade

Does anybody know of any reasonably priced or custom (of your own design) intake setups for the older non turbo diesels?

Hypermax sells a cowl intake that works really well. Some people have made there own version of it as well.

Does it work with my stock "soup bowl" or whatever you want to call the air box on my truck?

the soup bowl is the portion atached to the underside of the lid. cut that off.

yes the hypermax kit will work with NA versions, they sell 2 different tubes. one for turbo, one for NA.
