so my rad in my 7.3 is starting to turn green, but i just bought an f150 with a hooped 351 gasser, and sitting in front of it is a brand new aluminum 4 core heavy duty rad, any reason why i cant put that in front of the 7.3????? and use the gasser rad support

highly doubt it will keep it cool. there is a reason them rads are so big. they need it. if u just daily drove it and no towing u might get away with it.

 

this is what i thought, they r close to the same size, mine is a 3 core and the aluminum gasser one is a 4 core, cant be that much different can it? as far as coolant face size they are not all that different
