Default Turbo question

I have a 65 mm non waste gated turbo t4 off of a John Deere that was around 400 to 500 hp. Do u think that'd be to big or small with 200 stick until I can afford to buy a twin setup. And pros and cons of a non wasted gated turbo. Thanks for input.

Is the 65mm measurement the inducer of the compressor wheel? I have a hard time seeing how a turbo with a 65 wheel would feed 400 to 500 HP of DEERE power. Been working on Deere equipment for almost 8 years now, both Ag and Construction. If it is a S400 of a 12.5L Deere, it's pretty big for a single. It will take a tremendous amount of fuel to light it up. It would probably make for a good primary in a set of compound turbos. If you can get me the P/N off the tag I can tell you it's application.
