when i am at idle in neutral and put it to the floor my truck has a miss a 1500rpms then when it goes past 1500rpms to 2000rpm it revs find. it only miss a idle not while driving. if i do a 1/2 rev it does not miss only at wide open. if i rev up to 2000rpms and let if fall to 1000rpms and hit it again know miss at 1500rpms. i am thinking the lift pump can't supply fuel fast at a wide open spike

I would have to say injection pump timing. My truck did the same thing and I thought it was a fuel problem also. I replaced the lift pump, injectors; which a few pop tested bad, and put in bigger delivery valves and the problem remained. I bought a timing kit and set it to 16* and no more miss.
