I have never changed an injector (yet), but I'd bet the copper washers,or o-rings whatever seals them needs to be replaced with new.

did you clean any debris out of the injector holes after pulling the old ones? i took a mini shop vac and sucked everything out of the holes to make sure it was copper washer to metal. so nothing was in between the washer. just a thought

what are you calibrating. i think pop testing should be extremely cheap. i work at a kubota dealership and all it takes for our older injectors is you screw a line in attatched to a small tank of deisel and pump a handle like a jack and there is a manual pressure gauge and you just see what pressure the diesel gets shot out the injector. if somebody wants to charge you very much for that tell them to shove it. and if you read old threads on this site im sure you could manage to do gauges yourself. save that money for bigger abd better things.
