Transmission shifts normally 99.9 percent of the time, other .1 percent the transmission seems to be sticking in 2 gears. Did it this morning, last time was 2 months ago. All gears shift fine, except I cant get it into 4th gear. When this happens, the shifter handle vibrates pretty good in 3rd and 5th. Any thoughts? When I shut the truck off , then start it later in the day it will shift like normal.
Update: Went for a drive a while ago, started shifting gears, couldnt get into 4th gear- went on to 5th gear. Drove around for about 10 miles, upshifting and downshifting and never being able to get it into 4th. Went over a set of rough train tracks-- now all gears shift and feel as they should. Any ideas?

Trans is full of the right fluid?

 

trans has royal purple, but has the all metal syncros, not the mesh syncos.

 

Got it fixed!! 2 bolts on the drivers side of the shifter were loose. Changed fluid as well, and put in thru the top of trans, much easier.
