Yes. The higher the better. Run a fuel cooler. Adjustability is irrelevant at RPM with injectors.

 

how do you go about raising the pressure choking the return line?

 

theres a regulator valve by the fuel intake.The ksb runs into it.Now this is very precise adjustment.if you go to far you'll have to remove it .The bosch technicians use a tool that pushes it down with a bolt,but you can tap it as well.You also need a way of measuring the pressure ,through the return banjo bolt is a good spot.
