Default All The Symptoms Of A Head Gasket, But Its Not

ive got a 00 3500 cummins, i had lots of oil in the water, enough water in the oil to cover the inside of the valve cover and burning water. so i put in a new head gasket had the head surfaced and magnafluxed, no cracks. i still have all the same problems even tried that crap in a bottle to stop leaks in the water system. any ideas?

Oil cooler would be my guess. My tech manual has very limited information on it, but it looks like it is part of the oil filter assembly, or mounted to it. If your lucky, blown gasket, otherwise it is the element it's self. Only one way to find out, start draining everything, again. The tech manual does state to check the element with 70psi of compressed air.

It is probably boiling out of the oil, and escaping through the breather/slobber can. Engine oil at operating temperature is hotter than water boiling point.

Block must be cracked between the water jacket and cylinder(piston).Have you checked the block for cracks.
